The Dining Services Associate is responsible for assisting with meal prep, serving meals to campers, guests, visitors, and staff, cleaning/ organizing the kitchen and dining room, and ensuring that each camper, guest, and visitor receives the highest caliber of service. The Cook is responsible for preparing meals for campers, guests, visitors and staff, preparing meals for special diets, and cleaning/ organizing kitchen, and appliances. In addition, the cook is responsible for general cleaning and maintaining meal records and ensures that each camper, guest, and visitor receives the highest caliber of service.
