Bisque served in a fresh baked bread bowl topped with sautéed Mayport Shrimp and diced crisp red peppers.

Florida Orange Citrus Salad
Fresh Florida Orange segments served on top a bed of endive & jicama, tossed in orange balsamic vinaigrette.

A delicious transition design to cleanse the pallet and prepare for the entrée to come

Flame Grilled Filet Mignon
Filet Mignon, touched by fire and served on bed of charred onions and zucchini,
topped with a balsamic vinegar reduction
