The project has five steps;

 ONE

Receive reclaimed water from City of Live Oak. (400,000 gallons per day for 20 years)

 TWO

The reclaimed water will be deposited into a basin at an upland location away from the lake.

(Cost  of basin and piping $100,000)

 THREE

Allow reclaimed water to naturally percolate through soil to recharge Floridan Aquifer.(Reclaimed water will not be put into the lake.)

FOUR

Install water well and pump the equivalent of 90% of the volume allowed to percolate, into the lake.

(Cost $50,000)

FIVE

Create a "lagoon" to receive the first water from the well. This lagoon will be located in the vicinity of Mandi's Chapel. Once the "lagoon" fills it will overflow into the lake. (Cost $150,000)

Total cost $300,000

Contributions are needed to complete the project.
